
What’s the 2 Dots Meditation?
Think of a line. Now imagine a dot at each end—like the classic “connect the dots” game. One dot is your Inner Child—the playful, curious, wide-eyed part of you that still loves puddles and stickers. The other dot? That’s your Higher Self—the wise, calm, all-knowing version of you who seems to have it all figured out.
This meditation is a playful take on the Hermetic Principle of Polarity—the idea that everything exists on a spectrum. Hot and cold, joy and sorrow, Netflix and nature walks—they’re all just different degrees on the same line. Same goes for your inner world.
In this session, we’ll gently uncover and connect those two points—your Inner Child and your Higher Self—so they can finally wave at each other (maybe even hug it out). You might laugh, cry, or just feel a warm fuzzy connection as the line between them becomes a beautiful bridge.
