Day One at Camp is about embracing Mother Earth and listening to her message.
Day 1: Mother/ Earth
On this day, guests check in at 3 p.m., join a tour of the property, and come together in an opening circle to set intentions for the fast.
At 5 p.m., the group gathers for the "Last Supper," sharing reflections on their relationship with food and with Mother Earth.
The group shares a light, nourishing meal, then heads into the forest to establish the "Earth Heart" and then gathers sticks symbolizing the parts of themselves they wish to release or rise above.
The group comes together for meditation, followed by water, air, and earth ceremonies, and then the fire is lit.
After the fire ceremony, the group is invited to share their experiences before retiring to their rooms for journaling and reflection. Guests may explore the property at night, though we strongly advise caution.
