We begin where everything begins — with Mother Earth. Phones go off. Silence steps in. We move barefoot, listen deeper, and remember what it feels like to just be. This day is all about returning to the primal connection that lives underneath the noise: fire, forest, water, and the steady beat of the earth.

Day 2: Ongrid — Wake Up

Now that we’ve cleared the static, we plug back in. But not to the distractions — to the self. Who are you really? What lights you up when everything else is stripped away? This is a day of deep introspection, breathwork, awareness practices, and tuning into your own frequency.

Day 3: Oneness — Surrender

Day 4: Integration — The Merge
